Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for BlendCreate subscriptions. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee (first-time purchases)

If this is your first time purchasing a BlendCreate subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial charge (“7-day period”).

To request a refund, email support@blendcreateofficial.com within the 7-day period and include:

  • The email used at checkout

  • The date and amount of the charge

  • A brief reason for the request (optional)

If a refund is approved, your access to the Service may be revoked once the refund is processed.

This guarantee does not apply where prohibited by law, or to the extent a different remedy is required by applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Monthly subscriptions and renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.

You can cancel anytime. After canceling, you will keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Outside the 7-day period, we do not offer partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where required by applicable law.

3. Duplicate charges and billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us and we will investigate and help resolve the issue. If an error is confirmed, we will arrange a correction or refund as appropriate.

4. Access issues

If you paid but cannot access your plan features, contact us and we will work to fix it.

If we cannot resolve the access issue within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund or other remedy, subject to applicable law.

5. Creator+ (Core Club) seats and eligibility

Creator+ is a Core Club plan and may be offered with a soft cap (starting capacity) and a waitlist to keep the community high-signal and active.

• If Creator+ is full, you may join the waitlist and we will notify you when a seat becomes available.

• If a refund is approved, your Creator+ seat may be released and offered to the waitlist.

• Creator+ does not include guaranteed 1:1 coaching or instructor feedback unless explicitly stated at purchase.

6. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record) and/or its affiliates.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
