These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BlendCreate (the “Service”), including digital lessons, downloadable resources, and any associated community spaces and feedback features.

International customers

We offer the Service globally. If you access or purchase the Service from outside the Republic of Korea, you understand that your transaction, use of the Service, and related communications may be processed and stored in the Republic of Korea and other countries where our service providers operate.

By purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BlendCreate provides:

  • Digital educational content (video lessons, tutorials, guides)

  • Downloadable resources (project files, templates, references)

  • A community space for sharing progress and receiving peer feedback

  • Creator+ Core Club perks (e.g., priority access, added visibility, and/or access to core-only channels as described on the Pricing page)

We may update, improve, add, or remove content and features over time.

2. Plans

BlendCreate offers subscription plans, including BlendCreate Creator and BlendCreate Creator+(Core Club).

Plan features may differ. Current plan details are described on the Pricing page. If there is any conflict, these Terms control.

3. Account and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when signing up.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Your subscription is for one individual. Account sharing is not allowed.

4. Payments, billing, taxes, and currency

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record) and/or its affiliates. Your statement may show a charge from Lemon Squeezy.

Prices may be displayed in USD and other supported currencies. If you pay in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply exchange rates and fees.

Taxes (including VAT/GST or similar) may be calculated and collected where required, based on your location.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period unless your access is suspended for policy violations.

6. Refunds

Our Refund Policy is available on the Refund Policy page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, refunds (if offered) are handled according to the Refund Policy. Access may be revoked upon refund approval.

7.  Creator+ (Core Club): Soft Cap, Waitlist, and Active-Seat Policy

Creator+ is a Core Club plan designed to keep a high-signal, engagement-driven environment.

7.1 Soft cap & waitlist

• Creator+ may be offered with a soft cap (starting capacity, e.g., 30 seats) and a waitlist.

• We may expand Creator+ capacity quarterly or periodically as the community grows.

7.2 Active-seat policy

To keep the Core Club vibrant, we may require ongoing activity to retain a seat.

• “Activity” may include at least one of the following within a billing period: posting progress/work, participating in a mini challenge, or supporting other members (e.g., comments/peer feedback).

• If there is no activity during a billing period, the Creator+ seat may be released and offered to the waitlist at our discretion.

7.3 No guaranteed instructor feedback

Creator+ does not include 1:1 coaching or guaranteed instructor feedback unless explicitly stated on the Pricing page or in writing.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly upload paid content or downloads

  • Share your account or give others access to paid materials

  • Use the Service to harass, spam, or violate others’ rights

  • Post unlawful, hateful, or abusive content

  • Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service or its materials

  • Use automated tools to scrape, download, or mass-copy content from the Service

We may remove content or restrict/suspend access if these rules are violated.

9. Intellectual property

All content, downloads, and materials provided through BlendCreate are owned by BlendCreate or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Access is granted for personal learning use only.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is educational. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlendCreate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction (Republic of Korea)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gimpo-so, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea.
